I have been training for over 9 years now. Originally starting to compliment my sports training as a Track and Field athlete and basketballer. It has only been in the last 6 years that I have been competing that I have taken it to next level with nutrition and training, seeing some great improvements. I believe I have only scratched the surface in regards to my potential, which keeps me motivated in the gym! I follow a 4 day split, training Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Training 2 body parts per day, hitting each part once a week. I also keep some cardio in my regime in the off season to maintain my fitness and to keep my body fat relatively low so that it’s not such an arduous task in preparing for a contest. Until I met my Wife Terri I have pretty much trained by myself, occasionally I will train with IFBB Pro Neil Gardner www.neilgardner.com.au. Now everyday I have Terri helping me push through each session in the gym which is great!
