NUTRITION

  I’m a firm believer that nutrition combined with supplementation and rest are just as important as intense training! So I pay close attention to my diet both in the off season and whilst preparing for a contest following the High Protein, Moderate Fat, Low Carb approach.  I always consistently eat high quality food and consistently use high quality supplements.

A typical days eating consists of around 4000 calories and looks like this;

5:00am Meal 1 Eggs with Cheese
7:30am Meal 2 Tuna
10:00am Meal 3 Chicken and Nuts
12:00pm Meal 4 Beef, Vegetables and Fish Oil
2:30pm Meal 5 Chicken, Vegetables and Fish Oil
3:30pm Meal 6 Shake and Cream
4:30pm Weight Training BCAA's, L-Glutamine in diet cordial
5:30pm Meal 7 Shake and Cream
6:30pm Meal 8 Beef, Vegetables and Fish Oil
8:30pm Meal 9 Eggs with Cheese
9:30pm Meal 10 Shake

In addition to this I use a good quality Multi Vitamin, Natural Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Flax seed Oil.
